This walk-in is fabulous.. I never feel I have waited too long. The check-in people are always kind and nice.. the nursing staff is as well.. the providers care about the patients, everyone is exceptionally professional. They take as much time as you need, I’ve never felt rushed out. They listen. Not all providers in the world listen, providers here always do. The facility is close to everything in the area.. it is clean and contemporary. It is my walk-in of choice . Most of my providers are Guthrie based, but for walk-in, this UHS facility is my choice.

I was seen by Lisa Olson NP and she was very rude and quite frankly didn’t seem to believe in my medical condition. I have lyme disease and had to be seen by a specialist and she made rude correction on most statements I made. My nurse and the rest of the staff were fantastic. I feel like there was no purpose in me going from seeing her.

I know everyone has there own experience but I have had nothing but great care every time I have ever needed to use the UHS Walk in in Vestal. I've never had any rude moments or felt the wait time was over excessive considering you didn't need an appointment. Even going to an emergency room isn't as efficient as this walk-in and I've been in some emergency rooms in my life I would just like to say thank you to the entire staff from the front door to the nice lady at the pharmacy thank you for your service. Just my two Cents

This experience at the walk-in was the easiest ever. We did not have an appointment, but lucked out and did not have to wait long. The person who roomed us was pleasant and efficient. Dr. Howe was very friendly, helpful, and reassuring. My 7yo son was very comfortable with her as well. It was convenient to go right to the pharmacy and have his prescription filled 5 minutes later.

I waited for only 10 minutes after my sceduled appointment. I was seen by a nice NP that agreed I had a sinus infection. She prescribed Augmentin. I feel better and the pressure around my left I eye is gone.
